Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the DevBhakti website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
DevBhakti is owned and operated by Divinity Labs Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office in India (hereinafter referred to as "Company", "DevBhakti", "we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Nature of Platform
DevBhakti is a technology-enabled marketplace platform that facilitates interaction between devotees and temples and enables:
- Online pooja and seva bookings
- Live darshan access
- Sale of devotional products (where applicable)
- (Contribution-related services - currently not activated on the platform)
DevBhakti does not own, manage, operate, or control temples listed on the Platform. Temples and vendors are independent entities responsible for performing services and fulfilling obligations. DevBhakti does not guarantee religious, spiritual, or ritual outcomes.
2. Platform Content & Information Disclaimer
The Platform aggregates and displays information provided by temples, vendors, and service providers. While the Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, DevBhakti does not warrant or guarantee the completeness, reliability, or real-time accuracy of listings, pricing, schedules, ritual descriptions, or availability.

- Be temporarily inaccurate due to updates
- Require confirmation from the concerned temple
Certain information may:
Users should not rely solely on website content and should refer to booking confirmations or direct communication where necessary. Divinity Labs Private Limited shall not be liable for loss arising from reliance on provisional or updated information.
3. Eligibility
Users must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate information
- Use the Platform lawfully
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violations.
4. Bookings and Payments
All bookings and purchases are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Divinity Labs Private Limited does not store full card details.
The Company is not responsible for failures caused by banking systems or gateway outages beyond reasonable control.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
All transactions are governed by the Returns & Refund Policy available separately on the Platform.
By completing a transaction, you acknowledge that bookings are final and non-cancellable except as expressly provided in that policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, design elements, and software are the property of Divinity Labs Private Limited. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Divinity Labs Private Limited shall be limited to the transaction amount paid by the user. The Company shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Emotional or religious dissatisfaction
- Conduct of independent temples
- Third-party service failures
8. Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, temple closures, or technical outages.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Maza Ganesha Photo Contest – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Participation is open to registered users of DevBhakti. Participation requires a valid DevBhakti account.
2. Contest Period
The contest will remain open from the date of launch until 25 September 2026, 11:59 PM IST, unless otherwise announced by DevBhakti.
3. Entry
Participants may submit a photograph of their Home Ganpati or Ganpati Mandal through the designated contest entry process. The photograph and information submitted must be the participant's own or submitted with the necessary permission.
4. Likes & Engagement
Likes and shares are intended to encourage participation and engagement. Participants may share their entries with family and friends and encourage others to view and like their entries.
5. Winner Selection
Up to three winners may be selected by DevBhakti through a jury or judging panel appointed by DevBhakti. Winner selection will be at the sole discretion of DevBhakti and its appointed jury, and the decision shall be final.
6. Jury & Evaluation
DevBhakti may determine the evaluation process and criteria as it considers appropriate. The identity of jury members, evaluation criteria, deliberations and individual assessment need not be publicly disclosed.
7. Prizes & Recognition
Selected winners will receive exciting prizes and recognition, as communicated by DevBhakti. DevBhakti reserves the right to substitute or modify prizes where reasonably necessary.
8. Disqualification
DevBhakti reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entry that is inappropriate, unlawful, misleading, infringes another person's rights, or is found to involve manipulation, cheating or misuse of the contest.
9. Use of Entries
By participating, the participant permits DevBhakti to display the submitted photograph, participant/family/mandal name and city in the contest gallery and to use the entry for contest-related promotion and publicity across DevBhakti's digital channels. Full residential addresses will not be publicly displayed.
10. Changes / Cancellation
DevBhakti reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend or cancel the contest, or modify these Terms & Conditions, where reasonably necessary. Any material changes will be communicated through appropriate DevBhakti channels.
11. Acceptance
Participation in the contest constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
